This mid-century modern house is completely restored, and beautifully furnished and decorated, with collectibles, art, architecture books, magazines, a record player, and DVDs. The restoration project of the Eppstein House started in the fall of 2016 and was finished in December 2017. The bathrooms are updated, there is climate control in all rooms and a wood stove in the family room, wifi, piles of towels, and fresh bed linens. The house is furnished in style, with many original Frank Lloyd Wright pieces, such as the dining table, and other furniture and art pieces from the same time period.
